The hotel is in a convenient location, ideal for quick transfers after a flight, albeit far from the beach. The rooms are nice with essential amenities, although the bedding change could be more frequent. The service provided is efficient and comprehensive, offering all necessary facilities to enhance the guest experience. Dining options are limited but maintain quality in a quiet atmosphere.

The hotel staff was excellent, and the food was satisfactory. The rooms, while a bit small and needing renovation, offered a pleasant experience with the balcony providing a lovely touch of sunshine.

The hotel had really clean rooms with beautiful towel artwork on the bed, and the air conditioning was spot on, keeping everything nice and cold. The free daily topped-up mini-bar was a great touch, though the room was a bit small and could have used some updating. The service was excellent, particularly from Adem, but there was a missed opportunity to inform guests of age restrictions. The location was good, with helpful staff and close proximity to shopping centers and the beach. The dining experience had some disappointments, especially the limited breakfast options and separate wet n wild access. The facilities were well-maintained.
